JULIA'S TRAVELLING SURGERY "BUSIER THAN EVER"

Julia Goldsworthy said her travelling surgery this was "busier than ever" with scores of constituents coming to her with problems and concerns.
The Falmouth and Camborne MP visited over 30 locations around the constituency, plus an extra six stops in Hayle, Porthtowan and Mount Hawke - part of the new Camborne and Redruth Parliamentary seat.
The advice surgery sessions were split between local village and community halls and a hired yellow campervan, to allow Julia to reach as many people and places as possible.
Julia said: "As ever it was an exhilarating experience meeting so many constituents in such a short space of time. This year was busier than ever as I met people in Hayle and Mount Hawke, as well as existing constituents in Falmouth and Camborne.
"The travelling surgery has generated dozens of new pieces of casework which I am now dealing with, but just as important it gave me a fresh insight into local life in some of the more remote and rural areas of the constituency."
