JULIA HITS THE ROAD IN HER ANNUAL TRAVELLING SURGERY

11.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Thu 11th Sep 2008

Falmouth and Camborne MP Julia Goldsworthy will hit the road later this month in her annual travelling advice surgery round the constituency.

Julia will visit 27 locations around Falmouth and Camborne over two weeks from September 22.

Constituents are invited to come and meet her for help and advice about any issues that concern them.

Commenting, Julia said:

"The idea behind the travelling surgery is to reach people who are unable to get to my weekly surgeries in Camborne, Redruth, Penryn and Falmouth.

"It is also a great opportunity to meet people and find out first hand what is happening in local communities in the constituency.

"With literally hundreds of letters of casework - not to mention our Post Offices campaign - it means a lot of extra work, but it is wonderful to be out and about in the beautiful countryside of Falmouth and Camborne, and I am really looking forward to it."
